In the past two decades dancing on my own, as well as with others, yoga, nature and the joy of solitude have been my biggest allies - this is my 'medicine', my nourishing self-care ingredients to live a sustainable life. It's these conscious activities and choices that helped me to regain my health, my wellbeing, and even get pregnant and deliver naturally against all medical odds. They're also the secret to my continuous confident sustainable living that keep serving me personally and in my career.
I deeply believe that every woman can disrupt her cycles of burnout, be sensuous and confident even with the little time she has.
